Coating and sealant questions
Should I choose a paint sealant or a ceramic coating?
A paint sealant is a great value that gives you strong gloss and protection for up to a year with proper maintenance. A ceramic coating costs more up front but bonds to the paint and protects much longer, which makes it the better choice if you plan to keep the vehicle.
Why is paint correction required before a ceramic coating?
A coating seals in the surface underneath it. If the paint has swirls or haze, the coating locks them in, so we always correct the paint first to make sure what we protect is worth protecting.
Do the packages include a sealant?
Yes. The Temptation package includes a paint sealant rated for up to 6 months, and the Resurrection package includes a sealant rated for up to 1 year with proper maintenance.
Can you protect glass and wheels too?
Yes. Glass sealant and wheel sealant are each $50 add-ons. Glass sealant helps rain sheet off the windshield, and wheel sealant makes brake dust easier to wash away.
